Guys, it's of course just a rumor, 50/50 true, no strong evidence, but Ria and Universal part looks like indeed strange coincidence so that's why I've decided to post this screen here.
Apparently Ria and Tom's separation took place on 31st December 2015 which is the end of the year with their last album and last tour with Universal Music that ended in November 2015, as their contract expired (now they've signed with Sony Music Entertainement). So that Universal could have played a role in Ria's story as well, they were active in many areas of band's "private life", as they (probably) even rented their first villa in Tarzana. So basically - this is nothing more than the proof that the documents were served to Ria and she got them. I read the petition can be also named as "complaint". She has now 30 days to respond on this request. As far as I understood, it says about the same documents Tom has filled in September which is very strange since it's been half a year already and we've seen copies of one's party. If Ria didn't have them in September yet, they must have been Tom's and someone's else leaked them. I don't know if my assumptions are correct, it seems to be getting more and more complicated, actually I have no idea how is that even possible.

Tom was single since 2005 (?), then was "taken" since 2010 but in reality he was still single because Ria and Tom were just friends. It's impossible he didn't have anyone within these years, he could have fell in love too.

Second, I guess there should have been written somewhere on the divorce case "set to private" or anything, or at least, that the divorce case is closed. Divorced are not all the same, and the terms are different, it depends by case I guess. We didn't see the ria's sign just because it was tom the petitioner and she didn't have the time to reply yet, since he had just signed the paper. The fact that was Tom who wanted ask the dissolution it makes me think that even tho that seemed a dirty game, it was him who wanna stopped it. Or he didn't wanna her anymore as partner. If he still had doubts of her, he wouldn't have signed for first.
But if you read the rules in the official site of the CA Supreme court, there's clearly written that the partners have like 50 or 60 days to retreat the divorce's request. So the terms are over, Tom signed the request in september and if the document is still on the CA Court, he didn't retreat it.
And perhaps they aren't in the same country either, and if Tom remains in Germany until he'll start the tournee, they won't see each other lately for like 5-6 months.

Regarding where it comes from, I guess it can be:
.Bill's and Tom's made up stories and relationships with their fake lovers - Ria and Alex (Bill didn't say it was Alex, but strongly suggested it was him) but facts and logic show it as false - they were just friends.
Of course we all know that Bill and Tom are extremely private people and Ria can be also explained by Tom being gay (but who pretends to have a boyfriend? It's out of the mind). Ok, but where are their real partners? They could have been hiding them and it's clear they didn't show them on purpose, but how come noone (no fan who accidentaly met them somewhere) have seen anyone? Never? Remember it lasts for 12 years and people being in relationships tend to spend lots of time together and we need (at least) two people. All fans saw was just two of them. The only person who we know about and was in real relationship with one of them was Bill's girlfriend Linda (around 2003).
. The fact that Tom went on holidays day after he married (such holidays are called honeymoon) without his wife but with Bill. They could have chosen another day of marriage or vacations, they had 3 months for that, but no, the dates were chosen on purpose. Why? It's not the first and only time he had a room with Bill while Ria was with them as well, basically every time was like that. The other strange thing is that they always choose double-bed but they can easily choose two beds in one room.
. The relation of relevant person who saw them. It's not possible he lied because he had no reason to, it's not possible he invented this because no sane person would have thought about it while knowing the facts. It's not something outstanding but somehow it manages to grow suspicions.

To be honest Bill didn't look like he was very pleased to be there too ;) We know for sure he was at Afterparty (even Georg was there), the unofficial part. He was also with Bill and Natalie yesterday for the whole time, after the main part ended, they were sitting together. So I don't think we have to worry, Bill will never forget about Tom :) Well, band is a bit different, but now they're going to release new album so let's keep to this :)

After first announcement, at first I actually thought it was just PR and fake, then it appeared that the documents are real and it was the biggest shock for me (+ the strange dates of wedding and separation!).
Now RTL (or ZDF?) is mentioning this divorce in the interview with them and they usually say what they are allowed to say (especially it there is an interview). So it's strange.
What if all of this is fake? Tom filled for divorce and it's in court but there was no marriage? It would be against the law to lie in official papers and there are lawyers signatures but it makes a little sense. PR, no reply, nothing's hapenning for such long time.

Yep, we need to wait, as always. It's a lot of money but we don't know what he was hiding...
